ONCE PAID, I CANNOT GIVE YOU A REFUND. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS! This is important due to all my PayPal payments being converted to my currency, which AUTOMATICALLY transfers all quantity to my bank account. Unless I cannot complete your commission due to health issues, or other serious matters, I'll offer oan emergency refund.
My TAT (Turnaround time) varies a lot depending on my queue. As an ADHD slow artist, I'm currently living by myself, balancing between taking care of my house, my uni classes, and most importantly, my mental health. If you do not agree with having to wait on my queue, please do not commission me! I will not accept refunds due to "exceeded TAT" as I do not have one. You are more than welcome to ask how your commission is going! If you have a specific due date for your piece, tell me BEFORE so I can accept or decline if I don't think I can make it.
I accept payments via PayPal. Once I can, I also accept Steam games and League of Legends skins. (For BRL, pagamento via boleto ou depĆ³sito).
I accept payment plans and will gladly discuss them over! I do not, however, make refunds if the deal is no longer desirable.
