My TAT (Turnaround time) varies a lot depending on my queue. As an ADHD slow artist, I'm currently living by myself, balancing between taking care of my house, my uni classes, and most importantly, my mental health. If you do not agree with having to wait on my queue, please do not commission me! I will not accept refunds due to "exceeded TAT" as I do not have one. You are more than welcome to ask how your commission is going! If you have a specific due date for your piece, tell me BEFORE so I can accept or decline if I don't think I can make it.

I accept payments via PayPal. Once I can, I also accept Steam games and League of Legends skins. (For BRL, pagamento via boleto ou depósito).

I accept payment plans and will gladly discuss them over! I do not, however, make refunds if the deal is no longer desirable.

If only the sketch is desirable, and you don't wish to continue the commission any further, you'll pay a small % of whichever your commission type was.

All commissions are made in queue order, which means turn around time may vary depending on where's your entry in the queue.

Payment will be through PayPal invoice or Artistree (+ taxes).

Invoice must be paid within 48 hours of receiving it.

Auction durations are specified on the specific design's post. The counting usually starts after the auction is fully posted outside of Patreon. To avoid bidding sniping, the auction will start hour counting from the start after the last bid.

Patrons have priority over ABing a design, which means if someone outside of Patreon wishes to AB but there's a Patron interested beforehand, priority is given to the Patreon member.

Payment plans are accepted and can be sorted out weekly or monthly. Depending on the amount being paid, month quantity is flexible. Remaining art and design changes will only be completed after payment is done.

Payments from payment plans are non-refundable in case of withdrawal. Character will be resold.

To bid, you can reply to the comment chain. You can also DM me for private bids in case you'd like to be kept anonymous.

I have the rights to deny any unrespectful changes to the designYou may change and edit the design as you seem fit.

You may only resell the character for the value you bought + the amount of extra art it has.

You can co-own the design.

You can't claim the design as your own work - but you may take credit for edits done to the design.

I do not take responsibility for any future ownership disputes between separate parties. This does not apply to situations where the issue is entirely due to an error on my part.
